We have our operating hours in place for the wellbeing of our guests, this ensures that they are not frequently disturbed by unfamiliar people and noise. It is important to us to provide a quiet and relaxed environment so respecting our opening hours make it an enjoyable experience. We understand sometimes this is out of reach so we can make alternative times by appointment only.

We operate in these time frames to avoid overlapping bookings and to make sure the cattery pens are cleaned and sterilised thoroughly for our next guest’s arrival.

Inspections can be made by appointment.

As we are a personalised family run facility, we spend the majority of our time looking after our feline guests, so check in and out times are limited to the hours below. We are always busy attending to our feline guests around the clock.
